After taking an art class for three years, I think it totally killed my inspiration to draw. Before I took it I would draw like crazy, and I mean several drawings EVERY day, even while I was in class (got in trouble alot for that...) But after sitting in a dead silent room and drawing a pot for three hours, shading, proportioning it correctly on the page, blah blah blah, it just totally drained me and the thought of drawing just made me feel exaughsted. Though it did improve my skills, so its not all bad. I just hate that it killed my inspiration to draw. I would come up with some really cool stuff, and its just recently ( i stopped taking that class about 2 years ago?) Im starting to feel the urge to draw stuff all the time again, and I love it.
